The best way to improve our service is to go directly to you guys, our beloved customers, and ask you what you want.
Our goal is to provide the best possible service that easy to use and reliable. We are also aiming for the lowest cost to you.
We have always shyed away from covering our products and site with advertising and let others pay for the service. That seems to get in the way of "easy to use". But in the same breath, we also try to keep our prices as low as possible and not make you buy an Orbit8 wireless router like some other guys.
So talk to us. What is it you want? Free service covered with ads? Pay for service that's low and reliable? Additional services like VoIP? What is it? We're all ears.
