Thawte Web Cert Renewal

Gosh... not only do Thawte have a license to print money, they choose to do it badly.

We've been trying for a week now to get SSL certs renewed.

Unforunatley we can't 'renew' because we would have to use our former reseller. Not an option.

So we have to buy new and re-register despite already being on their records and having payed numerous times previously for renewals. OK, so we generate CSRs, get the online forms submitted, send copies of company incorporation certificates, update Domain records to refelct new address... but can't pay!?!

Thwate Credit Card computers say, No! They apparently can't process a manual payment either... and supposedly "it's a trust thing".

So while we work this problem, our users have to put up with the inconvenient extra click associated with an expired web cert.

Apologies for the inconvenience and we'll get this fixed as soon as we can.
